Sleep Quiz
This quiz has been designed to help you identify potential sleep problems. To find out if you may have a sleep disorder, review the symptoms below that describe how you sleep.
- Lie awake for an hour or more before falling asleep
- Thoughts race through your mind preventing you from sleeping
- Snore loudly
- Gasp for breath or stop breathing during sleep
- Heart pounds or beats irregularly
- Sweat while asleep
- Can't keep legs still while in bed
- Wake up and can't go back to sleep
- Wake up earlier than intended
- Have headaches in the morning
- Sometimes feel sleepy while driving
- Have trouble at work or school because of sleepiness
