Psychiatry Clinic
UCSF Psychiatry offers outpatient consultation, evaluation and treatment to adults 18 years of age and older. We serve patients with a wide range of mental disorders and behavioral disturbances, including depression, anxiety and psychosis.
Each patient receives an initial assessment. We then develop an individualized treatment plan, which may include brief or long-term individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy (such as group cognitive behavioral therapy), ongoing medication management or referrals to community providers.
We are part of the UCSF Weill Institute for Neurosciences.
