UCSF Liver Disease and Liver Transplant specializes in diagnosing and treating liver diseases as well as treating patients before and after liver transplants. We provide a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic options.
We offer a Women's Liver Clinic with Dr. Monika Sarkar for dedicated management of reproductive health in women with liver disease. Consultations include management of liver issues during pregnancy, as well as management of fatty liver in reproductive-age women, including women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
